A week-long summer camp for Indigenous youth, blending land-based learning, cultural teachings, and wellness activities to support growth, resilience, and connection to identity.
This week-long Youth Day Camp is designed for Indigenous youth ages 12–17 who want to explore wellness through culture, nature, and connection. Participants will take part in daily land-based activities that support mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Activities Include
Traditional games and teachings
Nature hikes and medicine identification
Wellness circles and mindfulness practices
Art, storytelling, and music
A Sweat Lodge ceremony on the final day
Lunch and snacks provided. Transportation available upon request. Space is limited — early registration is recommended!
