Misiway’s Primary Care Clinic is home to a team of dedicated Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and allied health professionals who provide medical care for individuals and families across all life stages. With a focus on accessibility, continuity of care, and cultural safety, our team is committed to helping you maintain and improve your overall wellness.
Our clinic includes three part-time Physicians, two full-time Nurse Practitioners, a Clinic Nurse, and a Mental Health Therapist specializing in adult care. We offer a wide range of services, from preventive care to chronic disease management, and work closely with specialists and community partners to ensure our clients receive the care they need.
If you’re interested in becoming a patient at our Primary Care Clinic, you’ll need to register with Health Care Connect, a provincial program that helps connect individuals without a family doctor or nurse practitioner to a primary care provider.
Once your application is received, it will be forwarded to a Misiway Physician or Nurse Practitioner who is currently accepting new patients. If accepted, you’ll be asked to complete an Intake Questionnaire so we can better understand your health history and care needs.
